Tiffany Bergeron is a Houston based mixed media artist who’s focus is painting and printmaking and also creates sculptural pendants made from found objects and fired glass. Her work has been shown both nationally and internationally including Colorado, California, North Carolina, West Virginia and Germany. Her art and has been featured in numerous juried exhibitions, winning the Merit Award for the Photo 15 Exhibit at The Berkley Art Council. She received her BFA from Sam Houston State University and her MLA and MFA from Houston Baptist University. Her work is inspired by the patterns and shapes found in nature. The Museum Of Biblical Art in Dallas, Texas selected her mixed media painting “The Barred Owl,” for the permanent collection. Tiffany Bergeron is the Chair of the Department of Visual Arts at HBU. She teaches a variety of courses including Undergraduate and Graduate Printmaking, Experimental Painting and Design. She has a passion for teaching and creating as well as enjoys spending time with her family. She is married, has a son and a Black Labrador named Roux.
